Several of our customers have reported an issue with the eDvd stemming from the Macromedia Projector.
"Macromedia Projector has encountered an error and has to be closed. ...".
The projector simply loads the quicktime movie located here ...
The Character Animator Toolkit\Character_Animator_Toolkit\Application_Data\content_folder\Character_Animator.mov
If you see the error you can open that quicktime movie directly.
